Arranges for Patient Safety attendants, when warranted throughout the house.

Interfaces daily with CNC/Pt Care unit Directors to discuss departmental staffing issues.

Manages 04 phone call, from all HealthONE Hospitals to determine if staff can be shared and placed other places.

Evaluates and coordinates staffing on all shifts for most nursing units, assuring an adequate level of staffing based on Master guidelines and Completeness accuracy and places staff on call as needed.

Demonstrates accuracy and proficiency in use of the computer ad serves as a resource to others.

Responsible for the coordination, operation, and management of the staffing functions of the Division of Nursing, may include but not limited to.

The FSA is responsible for the day-to-day activity of managing the Facility Scheduler Tool/Application (FS) and serves as the designated Super User for the entire facility.
